What is bulk fuel delivery?
Bulk fuel delivery means bringing large quantities of fuel to refill the storage tanks at your site, so your equipment, generators and vehicles draw from your own supply instead of waiting on a truck.
Large facilities burn thousands of gallons a month. Order that as a string of small top-offs and you pay for it: more trucks through the gate, more invoices, and more chances for a tank to run low between visits. Bulk delivery turns that around. Fill the storage, spread the delivery cost across more gallons, and let consumption data decide when the next load arrives.
- Lower cost per gallon. Bigger drops spread delivery cost across more gallons.
- Fewer disruptions. Fewer trucks on site and less paperwork for your team.
- Fewer emergencies. Monitored levels catch a low tank before it shuts anything down.
- Handled properly. Trained operators, correct handling procedures and complete delivery records.

Rental & mobile tanks
Rental tanks, mobile units and temporary storage on construction projects and short-term operations.
Planned deliveries
Regular drops set from your consumption pattern and monitoring data, so levels stay where you want them.
Emergency tank refills

We rent double-walled storage from 119 to 17,000 gallons, set it up, fill it and keep it full on the same invoice. See fuel tank rentals →
Sized to your tank, not to our truck
Dispatch matches the vehicle to your storage, your site access and how fast you burn through fuel.
Tank wagon

Transport load
Up to 7,500 galA full tanker for large storage, fuel farms and high-volume sites. The lowest cost per gallon, and the right call when you're filling storage rather than individual machines.
Recurring program

Diesel, gasoline and DEF on one account
Most sites store more than one product. Put them on the same delivery and the same invoice, billed as separate line items.
| Fuel | Typical use | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| On-road diesel (clear) | Fleet trucks and highway-registered vehicles | Highway tax included. On-road diesel → |
| Off-road diesel (dyed) | Equipment, generators, farm machinery | Tax-exempt for off-highway use only. Off-road diesel → |
| Gasoline | Light fleets, service vehicles, small equipment | 87–93 octane, regular through premium. Gasoline → |
| Diesel exhaust fluid | SCR-equipped trucks and equipment | ISO 22241 DEF in totes or bulk. Bulk DEF → |

A price you can check against a published number
For fleet managers and large operations we offer index pricing, also called OPIS pricing. Your cost is tied to the published wholesale price at a regional terminal, plus a margin we agree up front.
So you don't get a number that moves for no visible reason. When the index moves, your price moves with it, and you can verify it yourself. No surcharges hiding at the bottom of the invoice.
- Volume per drop. One large drop prices better than several small ones.
- Location and access. Distance from the terminal, gates, escorts and delivery windows all take time.
- Frequency. Scheduled and monitored deliveries let us plan the truck, which keeps cost down.
- Billing that fits. Itemized invoices, ARIBA and COUPA connections, and payment by credit card, ACH or check.
Stop guessing what's left in the tank
Monitoring is what makes bulk delivery work. We see the level and the burn rate, so the next load is sized and timed off real data instead of a clipboard.

Commercial bulk fuel delivery questions
What is bulk fuel delivery?
It's the delivery of large quantities of fuel to refill storage tanks at your location, whether permanent underground tanks, above-ground installations or portable storage. It suits any operation that keeps fuel on site for equipment, generators or fleet vehicles.
What is index pricing for bulk fuel delivery?
Index pricing, also called OPIS pricing, ties your cost to the published wholesale price at a regional terminal plus a margin agreed in advance. If the index is $2.50 a gallon and the margin is 20 cents, you pay $2.70. It replaces unpredictable daily pricing with a number you can verify.
Is there a minimum order for bulk delivery?
No. We deliver anything from 20 gallons up to a 7,500-gallon transport load. Cost per gallon improves as the drop gets bigger, so we'll tell you if consolidating deliveries would save money.
What types of tanks can you refill?
All of them: underground storage tanks, above-ground installations, portable rental tanks and mobile storage units. If you need storage, we also rent tanks from 119 to 17,000 gallons.
Do you offer tank monitoring for bulk fuel delivery?
Yes. Monitoring tracks fuel levels and consumption patterns, schedules bulk deliveries before you run low, and lets us size each drop to keep delivery cost down.
Can you handle both emergency and scheduled bulk deliveries?
Yes. Most accounts run on a schedule built from consumption, and the same account covers emergency refills when something unexpected drains the tank. Dispatch is staffed 24/7/365 at 800-720-4546.
How does bulk delivery save money compared to smaller deliveries?
Every delivery carries a fixed cost for the truck, driver and route. Bulk drops spread that cost across more gallons, which lowers the price per gallon. Monitoring adds to the saving by timing deliveries for when the tank can take a full load.
What documentation do you provide for bulk deliveries?
Complete delivery records: volume delivered, fuel specifications, tank information and compliance documentation for your operational and regulatory needs. Invoices are itemized and can feed ARIBA or COUPA.
Which fuels can you deliver in bulk?
On-road (clear) diesel, off-road (dyed) diesel, gasoline, diesel exhaust fluid and R99 renewable diesel. Different products can go on the same delivery and the same invoice as separate line items.
Fill the tank once, not five times.
