Farm fuel delivery timed to planting and harvest.

Agricultural fuel delivery for the weeks that decide the year. Dyed diesel into combines and tractors at the field edge, farm tanks filled before the season starts, and someone answering the phone when the weather window opens at 5am.

  • Off-road diesel delivered to equipment in the field
  • Farm tank fills, from small top-offs to transport loads
  • No minimum order, family farm or large operation

Diesel, gasoline and DEF from one supplier on one bill.

Why it matters

A weather window doesn’t wait for a fuel truck

Most of a farm’s fuel burns in a few short stretches. Planting and harvest run long days with every machine working, and the days when the ground is right and the crop is ready are the ones you can’t get back.

That’s when a combine shouldn’t be idling while someone drives a pickup to town for diesel, and when a farm tank shouldn’t run dry because the supplier works business hours. We schedule around your fields and the forecast, deliver where the equipment actually is, and keep dispatch staffed 24/7 for the days the plan changes.

The rest of the year matters too. Irrigation pumps run through summer, livestock operations need fuel every week, and winter brings gelling risk to anything parked outside. One supplier for all of it means one number to call and one bill to reconcile.

Off-road dyed diesel delivery to farm equipment during harvest

The costly mistake

Running the farm tank down before harvest and ordering when it’s nearly empty. Every supplier in the county is busy that week. Fill storage before the season, then let scheduled or monitored refills carry you through.

What we fuel

From the tractor in the field to the pump at the well

Anything that works the farm and stays off public roads can run on tax-exempt dyed diesel. We deliver it to the machine or to your farm tank.

Tractors and field equipment

Planting, tillage and spraying equipment, fueled at the field edge so the day doesn’t stop for a fuel run.

Combines and harvesters

The machines that can’t sit idle in harvest. Topped off on a schedule built around your cutting days.

Irrigation pumps

Diesel pumps that run for days at a time through summer, often on remote pivots and wells.

Generators and grain handling

Standby and prime power for barns, grain handling and shop buildings.

Farm tanks

On-farm bulk storage filled before the season and refilled by schedule or by monitored level.

Pickups, ATVs and small engines

Gasoline for the support side of the operation, delivered with the diesel.

We work with row crop farms, livestock and dairy operations, specialty crops and orchards, and large-scale agricultural operations.

A season-by-season plan

How farm fuel delivery works across the year

Fuel demand on a farm is lumpy. We plan around the peaks so the big weeks are covered before they start.

Before planting

Farm tanks and rental capacity filled ahead of time, and equipment topped off before the first field day.

Planting and spraying

Field-edge fueling on a schedule set around your crews, with emergency backup when the forecast moves the plan.

Summer and irrigation

Regular fills for irrigation pumps and generators. Monitoring on remote tanks so a pump doesn’t run dry overnight.

Harvest and winter

Combines and grain carts fueled where they work. Then winter diesel for equipment and generators that sit outside.

Cold-weather tip: diesel can start to gel well before it freezes. Read how to prevent diesel gelling before the first hard frost.

How it works

Getting set up before the season

  1. Step 01

    Tell us about the farm

Equipment, tank sizes, field locations and your planting or harvest dates.

  2. Step 02

    We build the schedule

Tank fills ahead of the peak, field delivery during it, with gallons sized to your burn.

  3. Step 03

    Confirmed windows

Every delivery gets a confirmed window, and we know which gate and field road to use.

  4. Step 04

    Delivered and billed once

Diesel, gasoline and DEF on one invoice. Pay by card, ACH or check.

FAQ

Farm fuel questions

Can you deliver fuel directly to equipment in the field?

Yes. We wet-hose fuel straight into tractors, combines and other equipment at the field edge, in barns or in the farm yard. Tell dispatch which field roads and gates to use and where the equipment will be working.

Is dyed diesel legal for farm use?

Yes. Dyed, tax-exempt diesel is meant for off-road use, which covers farm equipment working on farm property. Pickups and farm trucks registered for highway use need clear on-road diesel. We deliver both and invoice them separately.

How much fuel should I have on hand before harvest?

Enough to cover your heaviest days without relying on a same-day delivery during the busiest week of the year. If your farm tank is too small for that, a seasonal rental tank adds capacity. The tank size calculator is a good starting point.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We deliver to small family farms and large operations alike, from a top-off to a 7,500-gallon transport load.

Do you deliver DEF for newer tractors and combines?

Yes. Equipment with SCR emissions systems needs DEF, and we deliver ISO 22241 DEF in jugs, drums, totes or bulk, usually alongside the diesel.

Can you reach remote acreage?

Remote and rural sites are core work for us. Dispatch confirms the route, field access and ground conditions with you before assigning the truck, so the delivery isn’t stopped at a washed-out road.
