Questions we get on first contact
How fast will someone get back to me?
Most quote requests get a reply within the hour during the working day, and dispatch is staffed 24/7 for urgent fills. If you need fuel today, calling 800-720-4546 is always faster than the form.
What should I have ready?
Fuel type if you know it, a rough gallon estimate, the delivery address, and anything about site access — gate hours, where the tank sits, whether a truck can reach it. If you're unsure on fuel or volume, that's fine; sizing the job is part of the conversation.
Is there a minimum order?
Tank wagon deliveries run from 20 up to 4,400 gallons per drop, and transport loads go up to 7,500 gallons. Small top-offs are normal business.
Do you deliver in my state?
FuelGo delivers across the continental United States through a vetted carrier network. Check the delivery area or ask dispatch to confirm coverage for a specific site.
Can you help me work out what I need?
Yes, and it's worth asking. We look at your equipment, burn rate and site conditions to recommend the right product, tank size and schedule — including when a different setup would be cheaper. There are also free calculators and planning tools.
Who do I contact about an invoice?
Billing questions go to [email protected]. Dispatch handles deliveries and scheduling; billing handles invoices, POs and payment terms.
