Waste management · Route-ready fleets

Fleet fueling for waste management, done before the routes roll.

Garbage trucks, roll-offs and recycling vehicles fueled at the yard overnight, DEF topped off, and landfill equipment kept running. Trucks leave on time and the route sheet doesn’t include a fuel stop.

  • Fueling finished before early route dispatch
  • Diesel, DEF and gasoline from one supplier
  • From 5 collection trucks to 500, no minimums

Why it matters

A missed route costs more than the fuel ever did

Collection runs on schedules that customers notice. When a truck leaves late or doesn’t leave at all because it’s low on fuel, the route gets missed, and the make-up run costs labor, fuel and goodwill with the customer or the municipality.

Fuel delivery for garbage trucks removes that risk from the morning. Routes start early, so we fuel the fleet at your collection yard after trucks come in and before dispatch, with DEF topped off on the same visit. Drivers arrive, do their checks and go.

Waste fleets burn a lot of fuel every day, and it shows up in the budget. We deliver high volumes efficiently, match deliveries to your consumption patterns, and offer index pricing tied to published fuel prices so you can budget and audit it. Our team’s background is in trucking operations, so tight dispatch times are familiar ground.

Track efficiency, not just gallons

Detailed fuel tracking by vehicle shows which trucks are burning more than they should, which often points to a maintenance problem before it becomes a breakdown on route.

Vehicles we fuel

Collection fleets and the equipment behind them

On-road trucks get clear diesel. Equipment that stays on the landfill or at the transfer station can run on dyed diesel.

Garbage trucks

Rear, side and front loaders fueled at the yard before route dispatch.

Recycling collection vehicles

Recycling trucks on separate routes, fueled on the same overnight round.

Roll-off and transfer trucks

Roll-offs and transfer trucks moving loads between sites, transfer stations and landfills.

Street sweepers

Municipal and contract sweepers, often running their own early schedules.

Landfill and transfer station equipment

Off-highway haulers, compactors, wheel loaders and yard equipment on dyed diesel.

Supervisory and support vehicles

Pickups and support trucks, with gasoline delivered on the same account.

We serve collection yards and depots, transfer stations, maintenance facilities, recycling centers, municipal sanitation departments and private waste haulers.

The overnight window

How a collection fleet gets fueled before dispatch

Most waste fleets have the same rhythm, which makes fueling easy to plan.

Trucks return to the yard

Routes finish and the fleet parks. That’s the start of our window.

Each truck fueled and logged

Wet-hose fueling truck by truck, with gallons recorded against each vehicle.

DEF and fluids topped off

DEF filled on the same visit so no truck derates on route.

Ready at dispatch

Every truck full before drivers arrive for the early start, with a report for the fleet manager.

FAQ

Waste fleet fueling questions

Can you fuel garbage trucks before early route dispatch?

Yes. That’s the core of the service. We fuel trucks at your yard after they return and before dispatch, so the fleet is full when drivers arrive.

Can landfill and transfer station equipment run on dyed diesel?

Equipment that operates only on your property, like compactors, wheel loaders and off-highway haulers, can generally run on tax-exempt dyed diesel. Collection trucks on public roads need clear diesel. We deliver both and invoice them separately.

Do you deliver DEF for collection trucks?

Yes. We deliver ISO 22241 DEF and top it off on the same visit as the diesel, so trucks with SCR systems don’t derate on route.

Can you report fuel by truck?

Yes. Detailed fuel consumption tracking by vehicle helps you monitor efficiency, spot maintenance issues and control fuel cost across routes.

We serve several municipalities. Can you cover all our facilities?

Yes. We coordinate fuel delivery across all your yards and facilities with single-point contact and consolidated billing.

Is there a minimum fleet size?

No. We fuel waste operations with 5 collection trucks or 500, with no minimum order.
